2021 Ford Bronco Sport Named Coolest Car for Dads

2021 Ford Bronco Sport | Shults Ford

This past Father’s Day, Kelley Blue Book put together a list of the coolest vehicles for cool dads. At the top of the list of the 10 Coolest Father’s Day Cars Under $30,000 is none other than the 2021 Ford Bronco Sport — one of the coolest rides around today, bar none.

KBB.com’s Matt DeLorenzo says that the Ford Bronco is ideal if “your dad is rugged but doesn’t need a hardcore off-roader.” But don’t let this have you go thinking that the Bronco Sport can’t get down and double dirty. It boasts standard 4×4 capability and a H.O.S.S. suspension, which means it’s more than up for whatever challenge you put in its path.

The 2021 Ford Bronco Sport is a dynamic choice for volleying between driving around Pittsburgh and hitting the trails, offering city-friendly proportions and all-terrain durability. Add that to an iconic, classic style that stands out and a heaping helping of cutting-edge tech, and you’ve got an SUV that’s ideal for any adventure.

Whether you’re a father yourself with kids who you want to share adventures with or looking to give back to your father or father figure for all they’ve done for you, the 2021 Ford Bronco Sport fits the bill. Check out this family-friendly, adventure-ready SUV at Shults Ford Harmarville in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

The 2021 Ford Bronco Sport is KBB’s Coolest Car Under $30K

Every year, Kelley Blue Book puts together a list of the vehicles it deems the coolest thing since sliced bread. This year, the choice for No. 1 on the list of KBB’s Coolest Cars Under $30,000 couldn’t be anything but the 2021 Ford Bronco Sport.

It should come as little surprise that a big reason the Bronco Sport topped this year’s list was its substantial capabilities. With standard 4×4 and a Terrain Management System™ with G.O.A.T. Modes™, the Bronco Sport never has to get ready for adventure; it’s built into its DNA. That kind of eagerness for excitement — on top of a presentation that just flat out looks cool — put the Bronco Sport squarely atop KBB’s list.

“If you like to camp, bike, hike, or enjoy a day in the countryside, the Bronco Sport is one of the coolest ways to get there,” KBB writes.

And that is most certainly the truth. Every Bronco Sport can also be upgraded with a range of accessories that enhance its style and its capabilities. With available options like a Yakima® Skyrise HD tent and Yakima® Slim Shady awning, the Bronco Sport is the perfect companion for your next camping trip.

But the 2021 Ford Bronco Sport isn’t just cool because it can get out there and perform in the wild. It’s every bit as cool in the concrete jungle, delivering the style, comfort, and versatility drivers in Pittsburgh expect from Ford.

The all-new, all-cool Ford Bronco Sport is available now at Shults Ford Harmarville in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Schedule an appointment at our beautiful showroom and see why the Ford Bronco Sport is KBB’s choice for Coolest Car Under $30K.

2016 Ford Fiesta Named one of KBB’s 10 Best Back-to-School Cars of 2015

August is upon us, which means that summer is nearing an end once more. That can only mean one thing: back-to-school. Back when you had a son or daughter in grade school, your primary concerns for stocking up for the first day back were pencils, paper, and folders. Now that you have a budding young man or woman who just got their driver’s license, you have another concern altogether: a car that won’t cost a fortune, will be safe and reliable, and that your kid will actually love.

Look no further than the 2016 Ford Fiesta, which was named among KBB’s 10 Best Back-to-School Cars of 2015. Every year, Kelley Blue Book’s experts determine the best new cars for students under $20,000 based on their technology, personality, efficiency, reliability, and fun-to-drive factor.

Says KBB.com: “Ford’s small hatchback and sedan have been on the market for a few years now, proving to be a good mix of sprightly sporty car and sensible smart car. The Fiesta is responsive and handles well, but also nets up to 43 highway mpg. This car may be small, but it’s filled with safety and connectivity tech, including the newest version of SYNC—called SYNC3—with an available swipe and pinch-to-zoom touch screen.”

The Fiesta is powered by a capable 1.6-liter inline-four at the base level, but it’s well worth the additional cost to upgrade to the SE trim and equip the Fiesta with the optional 1.0-liter EcoBoost inline-three, an engine that was named the 2014 International Engine of the Year.

We should mention that the 2016 Fiesta isn’t only a great back-to-school ride for students, but with seating for five, it’s also a great choice for parents. Stop into Shults Ford of Harmarville and test drive one for yourself!
