Perfect for cruising, the 2022 Mustang Coastal Limited Edition can make your trips through Pittsburgh feel like a run down the Pacific Coast Highway. Building on the Mustang EcoBoost® Premium fastback and convertible, this new package adds 19-inch machined-face aluminum wheels, exclusive vinyl side stripes, and unique badging.
If you’ve got your eye on the 760-horsepower Mustang Shelby GT500, the new Heritage Edition might just be for you. Paying homage to the classic 1967 Mustang Shelby GT500, this car gets Brittany Blue exterior paint (also optional for the Coastal Edition) and your choice of two different Wimbledon White over-the-top racing stripes.
Ford is also expanding the color palette for 2022, offering the Shelby GT500 in Code Orange. This cool hue first seen on the F-150 Raptor makes this horse impossible to ignore — not that you could with the way it looks and drives.
In total, Ford is adding eight new colors to the 2022 Mustang lineup, including a Mischievous Purple Metallic that we’re very excited to see in person.

2022 is shaping up to be a big year for the Ford Mustang with the launch of several new special editions. One of the coolest by far is the first-ever Stealth Edition Appearance Package, available for the 2022 Ford Mustang EcoBoost® Premium.
The 2022 Ford Mustang Stealth Edition lives up to its name with stylish black accents that add an aggressive, almost mysterious element. That includes cool-looking 19-inch Ebony Black wheels, a black performance rear wing, and a black pony badge at the center of the car’s iconic grille. You also get the same awesome clear tri-bar taillamps that you’ll find on the Ice White Edition.
“The black accents really give the car a whole new persona, sinister and sporty all at once,” said Ford Mustang Brand Manager Jim Owens. “Naturally, the package needed the right name. Stealth Edition says it all.”
The 2022 Ford Mustang EcoBoost® Premium is a great pony car on its own thanks to its 310-horsepower 2.3-liter EcoBoost®. When you add the Stealth Edition Appearance Package, you make it even clearer that you mean business when it comes to having fun.
In addition to the Stealth Edition Appearance Package, the 2022 Ford Mustang receives a new Coastal Limited Edition, Ice White Edition, and a Heritage Edition for the 760-horsepower Shelby GT500. Ford and State Farm teamed up to show the impact that driver-assist technology has on car insurance costs. The duo teamed up to exchange information over the past year that led to a 20 percent savings on rates for drivers with advanced driver-assistance systems.
By giving State Farm access to its Vehicle Build Data tool, the insurance provider was able to see how vehicles equipped with ADAS technologies tend to have fewer and less severe claims. State Farm then passed savings onto those drivers by lowering their rates.
“We’re finding solutions for the future by grounding everything in data, research and insights,” said State Farm Vice President of Operations Craig Isaacs. “What’s unique about this project is we’re not just looking at the make and model of a vehicle, but ultimately to the individual safety features on each vehicle.”
Ford strives to keep drivers safer with the new Ford Co-Pilot360™ suite of technologies. Including features like Pre-Collision Assist with Automatic Emergency Braking and the Blind Spot Information System with Cross-Traffic Alert, Ford Co-Pilot360™ Technology is standard and available on a range of vehicles including the all-new F-150, Bronco Sport, and Mustang Mach-E.
Ford and State Farm will continue to expand its pilot for the insurance company’s customers who drive 2010 or newer Ford, Lincoln, or Mercury vehicles. If you want a new vehicle that works hard to keep you safer, check out the great selection of vehicles available at Shults Ford Harmarville in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

And now, thanks to the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety, the all-new Ford Mustang Mach-E has taken home one of the top honors for safety.
This spring, IIHS named the all-electric 2021 Ford Mustang Mach-E one of its Top Safety Pick award-winners. This honor joins an ever-growing list of accolades that includes 2021 North American Utility Vehicle of the Year™, Green Car Journal’s Green Car of the Year, and Edmunds’ Top-Rated Luxury Electric Vehicle.
IIHS honored the Mustang Mach-E in close proximity to the IIHS-affiliated Highway Loss Data Institute releasing the results of a study on electric vehicle safety. Per HLDI, statistics from 2011-2019 found that EVs have 40 percent lower injury claim rates than vehicles powered by traditional internal combustion engines.
The future is certainly looking bright with Ford thanks to its continuous push toward total electrification. The Mustang Mach-E will be soon joined by the E-Transit van and the incredible 2022 Ford F-150 Lightning. Earlier this spring, Ford trotted out the most exclusive versions of its hottest new vehicles for a pair of great causes. The VIN 001 Ford Bronco and Mustang Mach 1 went up on the block at the Barrett-Jackson Auction in Scottsdale Arizona. When the hammers fell, the duo commanded a whopping $1,575,000 — all of which went to charity.
The first production version of the 2021 Ford Mustang Mach 1 sold for $500,000 on the first night of the 021 Barrett-Jackson Auction Scottsdale. That half-million-dollar haul went to JDRF, the longtime Ford partner whose goal is finding a cure for Type 1 diabetes. Ford and JDRF have worked together for 35 years, and Ford has raised more than $70 million for the cause.
On Saturday, the rights to the VIN 001 2021 Ford Bronco were up for grabs. There was plenty of action among bidders, and when all was said and done, a certain lucky someone dropped $1 million on the first Ford Bronco two-door to roll off an assembly line in 25 years. All of that money will support the Bronco Wild Fund, which Ford hopes will raise $5 million for important environmental causes.
If you missed your chance to get the VIN 001 Ford Bronco two-door or Mustang Mach 1, fear not. The 2021 Mustang Mach 1 is arriving at Shults Ford Harmarville in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. And the wait for the 2021 Ford Bronco is nearly at an end — it should begin arriving in our showroom this summer.
It should come as little surprise that a big reason the Bronco Sport topped this year’s list was its substantial capabilities. With standard 4×4 and a Terrain Management System™ with G.O.A.T. Modes™, the Bronco Sport never has to get ready for adventure; it’s built into its DNA. That kind of eagerness for excitement — on top of a presentation that just flat out looks cool — put the Bronco Sport squarely atop KBB’s list.
“If you like to camp, bike, hike, or enjoy a day in the countryside, the Bronco Sport is one of the coolest ways to get there,” KBB writes.
And that is most certainly the truth. Every Bronco Sport can also be upgraded with a range of accessories that enhance its style and its capabilities. With available options like a Yakima® Skyrise HD tent and Yakima® Slim Shady awning, the Bronco Sport is the perfect companion for your next camping trip.
But the 2021 Ford Bronco Sport isn’t just cool because it can get out there and perform in the wild. It’s every bit as cool in the concrete jungle, delivering the style, comfort, and versatility drivers in Pittsburgh expect from Ford.
The all-new, all-cool Ford Bronco Sport is available now at Shults Ford Harmarville in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Schedule an appointment at our beautiful showroom and see why the Ford Bronco Sport is KBB’s choice for Coolest Car Under $30K.
